Scott Lukaitis

Hi, I'm Scott Lukaitis. Welcome to my Brand Yourself profile.

With 25+ years of industry experience I'd like to be able to say I've seen it all but then something new comes along changing the game. Just when you think you have it all figured out there is a change in the status quo. I think that is what makes this industry so exciting and challenging. With my experience in all aspects of the motorcycle business specializing in parts and accessory sales management I have been able to shape the trends at the local level within our store and have been able to expand our reach internationally with relationship marketing. By maintaining the social stream of several organizations I am able to gain real time knowledge of customer's wants and needs and how to best react to them. My industry experience coupled with my freelance photography and journalism business has enabled me to interact with our customers on many different levels. My current job as the Brand Manager for Bel-Ray Company has enabled me to expand my industry knowledge even further. Working with racers and media outlets negotiating contracts and hospitality programs has allowed me to see all sides of the industry from the manufacturer to the end user and everywhere in between. Marketing the multi divisional business has increased my awareness of not only the powersports business but the industrial and mining industries as well. With my media knowledge and dealership experience I have been able to help build our shop brand as well as the NJ Motocross brand and am willing to do work with a company looking to expand their brand reach through conventional and unconventional branding means including the new forms of social media becoming more popular day after day. I am open and willing to discuss any and all business ventures involved within my field of expertise.
